I love crafting! Isn't it obvious?!
I first started sewing when my daughter was 2 years old, mainly because I didn't have ANY money! The idea was to make lots of lovely clothes for both of us without spending a fortune, but it turns out that fabric is so expensive, I was better off shopping in BHS!
I guess my addiction really kicked in when I discovered Etsy and found all the amazing quilting fabrics you can get from the US. I love the bright colours, bold, retro patterns and girly designs. There's just too much to choose from to settle for 1 kind.
Over the years, I have tried so many crafts, from making soap and candles to digital scrapbooking, but my favourites remain - card making, stamping, sewing and working with Polymer clay.
I like to try a bit of everything!
I'm hoping this blog will allow me to share tutorials and ideas and meet a few fellow makers along the way.
